Illy was amazing to shoot with - her strong personality shone from the second she opened the door, she made me laugh (a lot) with her sharp wit - and we had some insightful chats throughout.

Not to mention she is a very creative model and her experience was evident right from striking the first pose - as an inexperienced photographer, Illy made the shoot effortless.

An excellent relaxed shoot with Illy today. Exemplary communication and clarity beforehand; she was ready to go immediately and produced a series of sets with minimal direction. The poses were beautiful, and she was ready to respond to any comment or suggestion.

We had a most enjoyable session free of any feeling of strain; there was a constant flow of dialogue and laughter, and we discovered we shared the same black humour. Altogether a most rewarding experience.

The Photo Taker

Many years ago, when I was starting out, I was always told that the one thing you never want to shoot is a black cat in a coal hole. A warning that has always stayed with me for 50 plus years! So, during lockdown, I developed the idea to do just that. A low-key shoot with a black model on a black background. What could possibly go wrong?

Black Beauty was the obvious choice for such a project and I have to say what a choice! Right from the start, the images we produced together were amazing. She fully understood the concept I wanted and certainly brought something very special to the shoot as the results show.

When we had finished the low-key studio shoot, we ventured outside and did some natural light poses. Again, Black Beauty worked perfectly and created some amazing images.

I couldn’t ask for a more accomplished model who understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Black Beauty is a very special talent.

I have worked with Illy several times previously and they have always been brilliant. Our shoot at Parkland's Studio was better than any of our previous shoots. We chose to work outside for this shoot, around the lake and garden, doing some art nude work. As always illy was a star professional working very hard indeed in some difficult circumstances, with the nettles, biting insects and the odd person fishing. Illy is a very nice friendly lady, nice to chat with and always ready for a challenge.

Pre shoot comms were excellent as was the organisation on the day. Working with Illy is always special and this shoot was no exception. Thanks very much, looking forward to the next time we can work together

BlackBeauty is a refreshingly honest and straight up model. She looks you in the eye and tells you how it is...!!!

She has the most flexible of bodies and knows how to pose and how to give you the look you want. She’s got a lot of experience and therefore is ideal to work with if you are just starting out or much more experienced.

I was feeling a little anxious after not having shot for the last 7 months or more but all this was dispelled after seeing Illy smiling face at the door.

Illy makes you welcome from the the first moment to the last with ample coffee and time to chat.

This was about my 5th shoot with Illy over the last few years and if this is not recommendation by itself one could point to the fact that she is a fantastic poser knowing all the best angles and the use of light.

I think we achieved some exceptional shots on the day and cant wait till I can process them.

Very highly recommended and cant wait for our next shoot.

Well it's been a long time coming I'm afraid, but this fabulous model and I got our second shoot in. There will be more of these to come I'm sure.

Illy is first a fabulous bubbly and enthusiastic human being. The shoot just flies by with this model. You can't help but feel happy and energised when working with her.

Her performance in front of the lens is nothing short of exceptional. She poses with ease (at least that's what it looks like, truly talented people make things look like second nature).

We have already discussed our next shoot, it will be soon too as long as that vile thing called COVID remains surpressed.

I had another amazing shoot with Black Beauty and our 1st since Covid lockdowns,

We arranged to shoot at her home, for anyone that has not been there, it is very spacious and has of places to shoot,

The bedroom is great for Boudoir, and the living is so big you could do almost anything in it,

As always Illy was a real pleasure to work with, Fun and laughter and cups of coffee on tap,

Illy was as always a super model flowing from pose to pose effortlessly, I walked away with loads of amazing images and can not wait to work with her again soon, not just a great model a good friend too

So I’ve just had my first shoot with Illy, a 5 hour home shoot. Pre-comms were excellent. Illy was ready when I arrived and after a brief chat over coffee, we got straight into the first set. Illy is a highly professional model who can flow from one pose to another without direction, but also takes direction well too. The time just flew by. Looking forward to our next shoot. Highly recommended.

It's difficult to add any new positive comments to what this lady has not already received.

I have been keen to work with her for a long time. Annoyingly for me I was late arriving, but Illy was very understanding and quickly got ready and we got shooting. She is very talented, poses dynamically, is very aware of the light in her home and work it to its best results.

Not only did the images we created look amazing, even box, but talking with her was very enjoyable. She is a smart, knowledgeable model and was interesting to listen to.

To sum up, you cannot go wrong with this lady. Recommended 100% I hope to work with her again in the future.

Well what can I say after longing to shoot with this high end beautiful model I finally got the privilege today.

Illy has an amazing body and very beautiful too and so easy to work with as she glided through her poses.

Photographers can learn a lot with working with a very experienced professional model.

I had 3 hours booked and the time flew by and we could have carried on with no problems as ever I walked away a happy guy with loads of excellent images and can't wait to see the results with my Rolleiflex that I tested out on Illy.

Strongly recommend booking this beauty if she can fit you in.
