Figment

Had a wonderful shoot at Paul's Studio today with Nicky Philips.

Communication prior to the shoot was good, he provided me with all the information I needed. When I arrived he was very welcoming and extremely helpful with setting up the studio with the vast array of props and lights. I had to keep asking him to pop in and out to change the sets which he didn't seem to mind at all.

I've never shot at this studio before but would highly recommend it and I'm sure I will shoot there again.

Bringing my own model, who had never been in a studio before, could have been daunting.

It was not.

Paul assisted, guided and encouraged, ensuring the shoot went brilliantly.

We two novices both learned a lot and the equipment and backgrounds worked flawlessly.

We were made most welcome and the studio was warm, friendly and spotlessly clean.

One of the great things about Paul's Studio is that he is always looking to add value to shoots for all his customers, old and new alike. Recently he has added ceiling mounted lights and photographic background (derelict houses etc). My shoot today was all about making best use of his latest innovations. I was really impressed, with a few tweaks they will add all sorts of new opportunities to my future shoots.

Had another wonderful weekend at Pauls Studio . I was well looked after through the whole weekend , wether that be making me some tea , or checking I hadn't ran out of food to fuel me for the day . I loved catching up with Paul and he always helps out his clients to the best of his ability . See you at the Wales weekend . Jessica x

Had such a fab shoot at Paul’s studio and I’m so grateful Paul is such a lovely down to earth man, hosted me for 2 nights with his lovely wife.

Pauls studio Is great and efficient, both the studio days where ran great, and I felt comfortable at all times.

Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to be back in April!

Had another fantastic shoot at Paul’s Studio with Alexa Campbell yesterday. As usual greeted with a great smile, cup of coffee and a catch up on life. Paul is a genuinely, caring person who will help you in any way to get the perfect shot you want .If you want help with lighting and technical assistance Paul’s knowledge is fantastic. The studio is so well equipped with backdrops , props and a changing room , so without hesitation recommend 100% Paul and his studio to any model and photographer .

Had a fabulous shoot at Paul's photographing Alexa Campbell. As always Paul was a great host and exceptionally helpful in getting the lighting right. As usual the coffee was free flowing and the exchange of ideas was constant.

Paul has a great studio with plenty of props and options. he also hosts some great model days. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I booked a Studio Starter Course at Paul's Studio with the wonderful Natalia Forrest. I'd previously attended his Manor House shoot and wanted to learn more about lighting and correct exposure settings. Paul was very welcoming and helpful in explaining the different lighting techniques and how to use them for best effect. We covered a variety of modelling styles (beauty/glamour/nude) and I was very happy with my photos. I highly recommend Paul's tuition for anyone starting out in studio photography.

Paul is highly professional photographer with a good eye for details. His lighting set up were awesome and I was very proud of art nudes which we were getting.

This year I have had 20+ hours of shoots at Pauls, all slots on Studio days he has organised. He offers the best value for money and his selection of models is second to none. Even though my style isn't mainstream, and my ideas for props and lighting are sometimes demanding, he has done an excellent job catering for my needs and even takes an interest in my wish list. I've been threatening to work with Paul for years now. I finally got my act together and booked a slot with tuition on one of his studio days.

The man did not disappoint.

Super helpful. Simple and clear instruction and some great shots with the incredible Sarah Elizabeth.

I can't believe I took so long to get to Paul's Studio. I'll be looking at booking some more time in his studio on one of his open days soon. 100%.

Place was amazing! Very stylish ,lots of natural light ! As always Paul was a fantastic host and he made us feel very comfortable.

His choice of model, Tanya Atherton, was perfect and he helped me find a brilliant lighting setup that worked to deliver exactly what I had planned in my moodboard. If you want to get brilliant results, got to Pauls.

Had my first Model Day shoot with Tanya Atherton at Paul’s Studio yesterday. I was very impressed with the arrangements and help I received from Paul. I asked for help with a particular lighting set up during the shoot and Paul was fantastic with his help and suggestions. Generally he just left Tanya and myself get on with the shoot our way, but was always there, at the ring of a buzzer, to help and guide. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul’s Studio to any photographer who needs to hire a good well equipped studio or receive excellent training.
