References for Robyn Byrd

I'd been wanting to work with Ms Byrd for ages. It finally happed a couple of days ago --- and it was well worth the wait!

From the moment the shoot started it was obvious that Ms Byrd is highly skilled and very creative. Here is a model who loves what she is doing, and thanks to her experience and creativity the pictures I'd envisaged came to life. No...hang on.... That's an understatement. Thanks to Ms Byrd's input I came away with pictures that were far better than what I had originally envisaged.

OK. I've trumpeted Ms Byrd's modelling skills, experience and creativity. But there's much more to her than just that. She's enthusiastic, she's a hard worker, she has a good eye for styling, and she has a sparkling personality and a wicked sense of humour. (Though I should point out that some of her jokes are even worse than mine. :)) She's also excellent with communications, reliable, and 100% professional in every respect. In short, she's a joy to work with.

Would I recommend Ms Byrd? Well - let's put it like this. After working with her, the first thing I did was arrange another shoot with her. 'Nuff said.

3rd shoot in the bag, Bowser got to have his play date with Tink I think they're getting used to eachother now both still as mad as a box of frogs in the garden.

Much like the 2nd shoot Roby got stuck into her creative juices and that was it we where off again minimal breif from me and Robyn just runs with it, this is just going to be a place for me to keep track of how many shoots we've nocked out now lol.

On time, preped, full of beans & ideas and outfits once again can't thank her enough for an awesome shoot, onwards to the next couple we've got booked in lol.

Just had another great shoot with Robyn, this time at her studio day at Art Asylum Reloaded in Weymouth.

Robyn is a delight to work with. Lots of ideas and a great eye for detail she knows exactly what is needed to create the right shot. She was perfectly suited to the pinup type shots I was looking for, as well as being ideal for the variety of other genres we covered.

The 4 hours absolutely flew by with Robyn working hard to ensure I got the shots I wanted.

Definitely very highly recommended and I certainly hope to work with her again soon.

Robyn, as usual, was brilliant. Even though, as usual, l didn't quite know what l was doing!

Using a retrospective technique new to me the results, mainly due to Robyn, were outstanding.

I highly recommend this intelligent and adaptable young model.

This was my first shoot with the gorgeous Robyn and hopefully the first of many.

Robyn is naturally beautiful, very friendly, funny and extremely professional.

She was willing to climb fences, trees and lay in a cold river !

Robyn is highly experienced and knows how to free pose and more importantly knows which poses show off the fabulous physique beautifully.

I can’t praise his young lady highly enough and we are already planning our next shoot.

2nd shoot under the belt, once again Tink in toe to keep Bowser on his toes its a shoot and a play date they just go balistic in the garden lol.

Echoing the first reference, ticking all the boxes again comms, preperation, arrived early, full of beans and outfits.

To say Robyn is creative is putting it lightly I had given her a rough idea and she just runs with with it creating some outstanding images with some props I had laid out, I can't ask for anything more she is an absolute blast to work with and as above endles creativety and ideas and she just flows through poses and outfits.

Once again another aboslute pleausre shooting :), next shoot booked in already.

I had the immense pleasure of meeting and working with Robyn, for the first time, during her studio day at the Full Moon Studio. Communications prior to the shoot were excellent and Robyn fully embraced my somewhat detailed mood board of concepts for the shoot.

On meeting, I instantly felt a rapport was established with Robyn. Robyn’s energy and enthusiasm for what she does was eminently visible as we threw ourselves into some portrait work to ease us into the shoot. She is so friendly and down to earth yet professional in her work ethic, plus of course her range of modelling skills and creativity are amazing.

As we progressed to other styles, I added a selection of props into the poses. All I can say is that I have never seen anyone be more enthusiastically creative, imaginative and expressive utilising three posing blocks and some lengths of coloured voile! The poses she made exceeded all my expectations for the shoot.

Robyn is an absolute joy to work with. The shoot gave me a greater variety of exceptional images that I had ever expected, so a huge thank you to you, Robyn. I will very happily work with you again in the future.

Robyn’s work ethic, vision and posing were all exceptional throughout the shoot and I thoroughly recommend working with her.

Just had a great shoot with Robyn at her studio day at Full Moon studio near Lydney.

Robyn is a fantastic model who is very professional and also vey friendly and easy to work with. She is very talented and creative providing lots of ideas for the shoot. She also had a great range of outfits and accessories which perfectly complemented the retro style outfits I'd brought for the shoot.

Absolutely fantastic, definitely very highly recommended and I certainly hope to work with her again soon.

Had my first shoot with Robyn today. Pre shoot comms were excellent and she brought all the items we had discussed. She poses with ease and needed very little direction.

We managed to work through all the outfits and sets in the time we had and I am very pleased with the results. Robyn is very professional and works hard to get the images you have asked for and also managed to have a decent chat while doing so!

I would thoroughly recommend Robyn to any photographer and studio – a joy to work with…

After my very first shoot with Robyn back in February of this year went so well, I knew I wanted to organise a second shoot!

That second shoot was on Sunday and it did not disappoint.

Communication with Robyn before the shoot is a pleasure and she arrived on time and well prepared. She brought a nice selection of outfits with her along with a clear passion and enthusiasm for the shoot.

The shoot itself was on a beach and was just so much fun. Both of us got completely soaked in amongst the waves on the beach and had lots of laughs.

Shooting with Robyn is like shooting with your best friend. She really is a pleasure to work with and I really hope that we will have many more shoots in the future. I truly highly recommend booking a shoot with Robyn. She is an inspiration and you will not be disappointed.

Robyn is one of a kind!

A third shoot together, and another unforgettable riot of laughter and fooling around :-). Seriously though, Robyn is a fabulous creative, a delight to spend the day with and she's damn good at what she does... poses and expressions are always original and spot on, and her indifference to getting messy and/or looking daft means the scope for creativity is boundless!

Can't wait to edit and show what we created together this time... and looking forward to the next one.

Another epic shoot with the magnificent Robyn. But seriously she is an excellent model, so easy to work with and a delightful person.

This was my third time of working with Robyn. This time on location at Belmont location house.

Robyn took on the brief and turned up with a good selection of 'posh' fashion to complement the mood of the location and to add to our normal 'art nude' way of shooting.

Pre coms were solid and simple. Defiantly a model to rely on to deliver what you want.

I had the absolute pleasure of workint with Robyn, I wasn't prepared for all the energy she puts into her shoots, we did half an half as it was a stonking hot day, off we plodded into the woods with Tink in toe :) we got some cracking shots in the woods walking around spotting a nice location of which Robyn made full use of the surroundings and is a natural with the odd padestrian wondering into where we had set up, no issue what so ever.

After a couple hours we headed back to the studio for some epic body scapes and portraits, when she says she thrives on art nudes she's not wrong, so much so we've booked a 2nd and 3rd shoot already around this and other things we didn't get time to shoot even though we had to extend by a weeeeee smidge (my bad lol).

It was an absolutley cracking shoot alot of fun and sooooo many cracking images to go through.

I had the great pleasure to work with Robyn on her studio day at Paul's Studio in Reading. It was the most fun two hours I've spent working with a model in ages! As a person Robyn is warm, friendly, outgoing, very funny and just lovely to spend time with. As a model she is incredibly hard working, focused and intuitive. She can transition between all the grace and elegance in the world to clambering about on boxes and contorting herself into the strangest positions on chairs with the greatest of ease (and that's just in the studio - can't wait to see what she gets up to on location!). She is very expressive and most importantly listens to direction and will interpret ideas and add her own to elevate any shoot.

Simply one of the best models I've worked with and already planning when we can work together again - thoroughly and highly recommended, if you get the chance to work with this young lady take it - you will not be disappointed I guarantee.

I had a great session with Robyn at Pauls-Studio yesterday. Robyn had contacted me before the shoot to see if there was anything I needed her to bring and I outlined the type of shots I was after, so on the day of the shoot everything was pretty much settled before we started. Just the actual choice of clothes and background needed.

Robyn is a lovely friendly lady who eagerly participated in the shoot and came up with a number of interesting poses, which I’m sure I not would have asked her to contort into.

I thoroughly recommend Robyn, she is so keen to make sure you get the shots you want.

Being a massive fan of Robyn's work for a long time, I was ecstatic when we were able to set up a shoot near where she lives. They say never meet your idols, but Robyn is right up there with the best I have ever worked with and I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

Extremely passionate about her poses, works incredibly hard to make sure you get the shot you're trying to achieve, is super friendly and down to earth and was climbing up trees and in rivers on a cold April day as if nothing phased her!

I cannot praise her, her work and her ethic enough, genuinely one of the most adaptable and dedicated people I've ever worked with.

Super, super model and more importantly, genuinely lovely person. I am more than happy to recommend Robyn to photographers of all levels. I'm far from shooting FPI material but Robyn made me feel like I could achieve it with her.

Second shoot with Robyn and at least as good, if not better, than the first. We shot in a bluebell woodland, which was probably my favourite scene, before moving on to Neon Dreams for bodyscapes and showers ideas. Robyn is lovely to work with and very skilled at her job. Lucky for me, I get to shoot her again in a few weeks :)
