I had been hoping to shoot with Belle for quite a while and replied to one of her castings. I'm very glad that I did because I had a fantastic shoot with her. Belle's pre-shoot communications were excellent, she was very welcoming and we achieved some great shots. Belle is a very bubbly lady and was great fun to work with. I very much hope to shoot with her again and have no hesitation in highly recommending her to other photographers. Thanks Belle for a very enjoyable shoot!

Now I know what all the fuss is about. Belle Noire is a stunning model. Her experience shines through as this lady glides from pose to pose. Friendly and hardworking Belle pulled out all the stops to ensure I got the images I wanted. Communications were excellent. Belle arrived on time and the shoot flew by. Highly recommended

Our second shoot together - and just as awesome as the last time. Seriously, this lady is wonderful; making the arrangements is simplicity itself (two emails!!!); her home is a great place to shoot from with her entire wardrobe available; and Belle? Well..... she is beautiful, professional, flexible, funny; hard-working; and utterly committed to giving a photographer the absolute best of her craft.

I can't really add to what others have said about Belle but if it helps - it's almost 300 miles from my door to hers and I'll do it again in a heartbeat.

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Belle came back to Basford Hurst Cottage to work alongside Paul (PS) for the morning.

It was a pleasure to welcome Belle back to Basford. She's a great laugh with a big personality and there is never a dull moment! Belle worked well alongside Paul who had some clear visions for the shoot to create some really lovely images.

We would of course recommend working with Belle and look forward to seeing her again soon!! Thank you Belle!

An excellent five-hour shoot with Ilyana. The previously-agreed timing had to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, and the revised timings worked well. Illy was very helpful with moving and setting up equipment, and was happy to see her house invaded by an assortment of lighting gear. Shooting took place in several different rooms, all of them well arranged for photography, with really good furnishings and decor.

Illy was highly co-operative in the selection of costumes and very patient with the costume changes required to make maximum use of the time and space available. Costumes were on hand and her hair and makeup were done and ready when I arrived.

Throughout the shoot Illy was highly co-operative over posing and the use of furniture and props, and actively contributed to interpreting the poses to produce some very impressive results. In the final part of the shoot, we used her own posing ideas, and these were highly professional and gave great results.

All in all, an enjoyable, productive and effective shoot, working together to get the best results possible. Thank you!

Just had another great shoot with Illy once again at her home but we still found different things to shoot. Not sure I can add to what I and others have said before a lovely lady who's great to work with. I always come away with some stunning mages and we have never had a bad shoot. I highly recommend shooting with Illy if you can.

She is great fun to work with, has a great sense of humour and the time just flies by.

Her posing is excellent and she goes from ose to pose with ease resulting in great images.

If you have not worked with her book her now, you will not regret it.

Good comms, amazing makeup, high energy posing, and clearly loves what she does.

I've lost count of the times I've photographed Illy, and of the workshops we've run. And there will be more of both, I'm sure. Because there will always be more good pictures to take of the aptly-named Belle Noire.

Another wonderful shoot with Illy. On arrival we had a coffee and looked through some images that I had in mind. As it was such a hot day, none of my ideas were really going to work. That is where Illy's adaptability and ability to just 'flow' really came out. She is really great to work with and I look forward to working with her again. In my opinion, she comes thoroughly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of working with “Illy” over a few years and we have just done our 9th shoot. What can I say about “Illy” she was absolutely excellent and a pleasure to work with on our first shoot and she has not lost her amazing creativity when doing today’s shoot. I would now say she is an awesome incredible model who can flow from pose to pose without any direction. She has an amazingly flexible body and can create mind blowing shapes with out any problems. “Illy” is so much fun to work with and makes a shoot so enjoyable and at the same time creative. She is reliable and completely professional in the way she conducts her modelling and is a credit to the modelling industry.

If any photographer is reading this reference and has not as yet booked a shoot with “Illy” then you are missing out on a wonderful experience to work with this incredibly talented model and you should get a shoot booked asap and have the pleasure of creating stunning images to be proud of. The only negative thing with “Illy” is the amount of fantastic /creative images she produces which makes deciding which to edit and use almost impossible. To finish would I recommend “Illy” absolutely without and hesitation and I hope to do a 10th shoot at some time in the future with her. Many Thanks Geoff.

Why did I leave it so long? Had my first shoot today with Illy and what an awesome afternoon it was. Illy brought the ideal selection of clothes for me, and flowed from pose to pose with no need for any direction. Such a versatile model with facial expressions, positions and a cheeky nature to keep you on your toes. Thank you, I'm looking forward to another shoot.

A Wonderful first shoot with Illy. Also my first collaboration with a fellow artist friend and my first shoot to incorporate life drawing. Illy was equally at home in both genres, able to hold a pose for drawing and effortlessly adopting spontaneous and often spectacular poses for photographs. Besides Illy's stunning looks she is creative friendly and easy to work with. We got some excellent results from a very productive and enjoyable session. I'm hoping she is available to model for our life drawing class and another shoot later in the year. Highly recommended and Thanks again Illy!

Had a great shoot with Belle Noire! She poses so well and quickly and brought a large bag of accessories. Shot so many frames my camera decide enough was enough but got loads of great shots before that! Thoroughly recommend her if you want a great friendly model to shoot !

My first shoot with Illy, aka Belle Noire, was also my first home shoot and a welcome change of scenery for me.

Illy is a fantastic model and a wonderful person to work alongside, with a tremendously expressive face and an ability to give shape and form to her body with apparent ease. I had an excellent choice of wardrobe throughout the shoot, and Illy was patient as I lit my set and moved furniture to suit.

In front of the camera, Illy simply shines, moving with grace and poise, requiring little direction, if any. Her professionalism and experience really show and you feel you are working with a true star.

Oh, and we had chocolate cake during our break, which is always nice!

Highly recommended (both Illy and the cake!).
