Today, I had the pleasure of doing a photoshoot with Noire aka Black Beauty. Her professionalism shines from every angle. Whether you're a pro or a beginner, she will guide you to capture the photos you desire. I highly recommend her to any photographer, studios, and models for collaboration and paid shoots.

I think this was my fourth shoot with Illy and this time we worked at her house - which is suitable for pictures pretty much in it's entirety.

I went in somewhat at the deep end this time; 5 hours spread across the day with a lunch break in the local pub to recharge our batteries. Illy worked well with minimal input from me - a few basic instructions, dial in her corrections, and off you go. The jokes and banter come in abundance, and if you're shy to start with, you won't be by the end. I've said this before - but I really can't recommend her enough.

Had a great shoot with Belle Noire today in Birmingham. She very kindly agreed to travel all that distance to fit in with my schedule.

It has all been mentioned in earlier reviews but I must say that she has a great look and really excellent modelling abilities. We worked through a large range of different concepts and she could just do them straight away. With tremendous energy.

Shot with Illyana at the TankSpace studio for an indoor rain concept I've had in mind for a few years now. She was absolutely fantastic, bringing it to life.

Communications were clear in the build up and organisation; energy on set was high; posing variations had the photographer thrilled; friendly, encouraging and helpful to her posing partner.

I would definitely work with her again, and recommend you take the chance to.

Illy was engaged to support me in introducing four hobbyist photographers to studio photography.

Illy turned up on time, with an excellent range of outfits and accessories (well apart from a make up brush Illy…. =;o) ).

The fantastic way Illy engaged with everyone right from the start, went a long way to putting the hobbyists at ease.

Illy’s play book of posing seemed endless and she brought a genuine understanding of the needs of the photographer, supporting the hobbyists with ideas and feedback.

Aside from all that, Illy is a genuinely fun person who brings pleasure to a long day of shooting.

I highly recommend Illy to anyone who is considering engaging her as a model and I look forward to doing so again myself.

I have just finished a shoot with Illy. The lady is wonderful, great look, poses are magnificent by the time I had thought about the next pose she was there and then added 2 or 3 variations that where even better. A true professional who I am convinced will make any photographer look good .Now add to that she fun to shoot with had me laughing so much.

I did a shoot with her 8 years ago Iily is now even better looking and even more skilled I have been a fool not to work wither again for so long.

I cannot think of enough superlatives to describe her, if you get the chance book her, you will not regret it

Not seen Illy for quite a while and had the honour and pleasure of working with her once again. As well as the new name Bella Noir, she has got a new look. Her eyes just sparke and had to remind myself to close my mouth when talking to her, also new hairstyle is perfect, add this to not one ounce of fat on her perfect body. If you work with Illy you can guarantee 100% commitment on her part. No messing about with bookings, she will there be on time and looking like a goddess. Ready to start as she walks through the door and has got the most amazing wicked sense of hummer. I think working with models like Illy that have a high caliber, makes you push yourself to get better images. I ended up using three different mediums to get some unique material. She has a real talent in getting in some incredible poses. The shoot time just was just not enough, you could never get tired of working with this model. With so many references here on Port, she is begging to be a bit of a legend. I wonder how much pleasure she has brought to amature photographers, who with her skill have created an image that they our proud of. So now that you have read this, I can assure you that any modeling work Illy will do for you is an investment in your photography skills. She is definitely someone who you need to work with, be it professional or amatuer. Nothing more to say apart from big thanks to Illy.

Had my first shoot with the wonderful Illy last week, working at her home.

What’s to be added to what others have said? Stunning, yes but her portfolio shows you that. Huge fun to be around, but also hard working - she was constantly throwing herself into poses and making suggestions during our 4 hours together.

She even started trying to sort out my Rotolight when I wasn’t happy with the cast of the light it was producing, and ended up getting something that really worked, even if I’m not sure either of us knew how (why do these things not come with proper instructions… :D).

Indeed, also a big thanks Illy for looking to push me out of my comfort zone to play around a bit with the light, which hasn’t seen much use since I bought it.

The shoot just flew by and I’ll definitely be looking to arrange another soon. Highly recommended!

Now going through everything that we shot. But it will be difficult to decide which of the 100s of images to publish on my portfolio. She is so brilliant at what she does, that I could use 97% of them. 😁

Illy and I have had been talking for a while about her coming down to Birmingham for a shoot on the house and gardens.

She was kind enough to drive all the way down and look incredible as she walked through the gates.

Her makeup was done to perfection and had a huge case of clothes and shoes.

Illy is what model photography is all about. She understands perfectly what you are trying to achieve and goes the extra mile to nail the image.

Had another awesome shoot with Illy this week. What can I possibly add that 682 other people haven’t said already? The lady is amazing and she never disappoints. Illy is a completely professional, beautiful, talented, versatile, hard working and reliable model, but that’s only half the story. She’s always great fun to work with, has a wonderful sense of humour, a delightfully honest and down to earth approach to pretty much everything. Always a pleasure to work with and always delightful company. We’ve worked together many times before and I hope we will continue to do so.

Can’t recommend her highly enough. Don’t hesitate, book a shoot with this remarkable lady you’ll be very glad that you did.

What an amazing model Illy is. I had a four hour shoot at her home and got masses of great images: far too many to publish so careful choice will be needed. Illy's home is excellent to shoot in and she knows how to get the best from it with her tall lithe physique not causing me any issues in my many full length shots. Illy's posing is highly varied and she creates great shapes: right up my street. Her makeup and clothing choices (on the odd occasion she was wearing anything) were interesting and beautiful. As for her personality I had a great time just chatting and joking between taking shots and just about managed to share in the banter. Definitely one of my shoots of the year: to paraphrase the Michelin Restaurant Guide definition for a *** restaurant: A model worth a special journey, indicating exceptional posing where photographers shoot extremely well, often superbly. Distinctive dishes are precisely executed, using superlative ingredients.

Wow! First shoot with Illy and certainly won't be my last.

Stunningly beautiful, and incredible to work with.

Works hard to make sure you get the best results and to get you the shot you want, a real professional but so much more, honest down to earth and great fun to work with.

I know it's all been said before about her, but it's all true and more.

She makes the most incredible poses and positions look effortless when in reality they are incredibly hard work and take experience and fitness. To top it off, a great host and her home is a fabulous space to shoot in.

My first shoot with Illy. Wow, what can I say that's not already been said? Sure she is stunning, but absolutely fabulous to work with, hillarious too. We did several sets creating new takes on ideas and getting many great images. Throughout we thought of many ideas for future shoots as well. I bought along lights but never used them as we made great use of the natural light available from a lovely sunny day.

I’m sure this wasn’t a typical shoot for the wonderful Belle Noire aka Black Beauty.

I will always describe her as professional, adaptable, and beautiful, but more than that, she is a level-headed person who clearly grounded in common sense and is so easy to work with. It is who she is, not just how she looks that makes the 70 mile trip to work with her worthwhile and shows through in the images.

If you want a model who is easy to work with and will give stunning results every time, you won’t find better.

What a cracking shoot. I applied to one of Illy’s home shoots and am so pleased that I did. For a lady who admits to not taking life too seriously, she takes modelling VERY seriously and boy does it show. We had a lot of laughs and great chats, but as soon as the camera is pointing at her, it’s straight back to business. I came away with a collection of images, with different looks and backdrops, that will take an age to create a set of favourites. No wonder Illy/Belle Noire/Black Beauty has nearly 700 references. She has earned every one. Fabulous.

Would I recommend her… HELL YES.

Honestly the days shoot goes too quickly. Each pose is perfect, every expression is filled with character and passion, every idea met with enthusiasm. I’m already planning dates to come back!

You just don’t get people like this, models that will throw their whole back into getting you what you want. There isn’t enough praise in the world.

I can’t wait to share the work we did.
